We provide industrial battery services and products to a wide range of customers. In doing so, we may collect personal information for the following limited purposes:

- To represent you in a warranty claim;
- To maintain an ongoing relationship with you in the area of industrial battery operation and maintenance.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?
In the course of our business relationship we may collect the following personal information about our customers: name, phone number, payment card number, payment card expiry date, banking information, purchase history.

Wherever possible we collect your personal information directly from you, through specific written or oral consent, or as consent implied through your conduct with us. This is generally collected at the start of a service relationship directly with Action Battery Service or in the course of a sub-contracted relationship where we have been hired by another company to provide service to you on their behalf.

We may use personal information to provide technical advice and service, to administer your account, or to provide you with information and services related to industrial battery operation and maintenance. If you tell us that you no longer wish to receive information about any of our services, we will not send any further material. We do not disclose your personal information to any third party to enable them to market their products and services.

Under certain circumstances, we may be obliged, justified or permitted to disclose your personal information without your knowledge or consent. This could occur:
- When we are required or authorized to do so by law;
